FI-STAR (Future Internet Social and Technological Alignment Research), a project currently active in the Seventh Framework programme of the European Community for research, technological development and demonstration activities contributing to the creation of the European research area and to innovation (2007-2013) requires the participation of new partners to carry out certain tasks within the project.


FI-STAR is an early trial project of the Future Internet Public Private Partnership (FI-PPP).


In particular the tasks envisaged by this competitive call pertain to the research and development of platform enhancements and applications for the health care sector, based on the future Internet technologies being delivered by the FI-STAR project and the functions provided by the FI-PPP Generic Enablers, including tasks for dissemination to a wider audience.
