(Preliminary) Title of the project: Improving health and life style by monitoring .
Outline of the project idea:Continuous monitoring of vital functions (e.g. clinic, rehabilitation, exercise) in patient and healthy groups can provide a wealth of information which can be utilized in the prevention and treatment of health problems and identification of future health problems. ICT is the key to new technologies but only in combination with medical knowledge on health care and physiology breakthroughs can be achieved.

Foreseen project duration:Three to four years

We aim to set up a consortium which has complementary knowledge on health care, ICT network infrastructure and technical development of devices. We welcome European partners from academia, SMEs and large companies.
