A Swedish research institute develops materials and technologies for printed electronics. An upcoming ERA-NET application concerns low cost printed ultracapacitors (UCAPs), which will improve the driving economics for electrically powered vehicles. Exploring high volume printing methods and structure design are the main subjects. The institute is searching for partners, preferentially from the automotive industry, able to evaluate the UCAPs derived, as well as demonstrator manufacturers.
